What is the difference between synthetic and Virgin/ Human hair extensions?
Hair extensions made from human hair can be dyed a darker colour, styled with hot tools (curled or straightened), washed frequently, and treated just like you would your own natural hair.
On the other hand, hair extensions made from synthetic / Remy hair are sensitive to the sun, and a bit difficult to style and blend with your own hair, and typically don't have the same lifespan as human hair extensions do. Human hair extensions can last up to a year or longer if they are properly cared for.
Synthetic hair extensions, can last up to 6 months.
Quantity Guide
100g - recommended for fine to medium hair
150g - recommended for medium to thick hair
200g - recommended for very thick hair & very short natural hair waiting to go 24"+
The thicker your natural hair, the more hair extensions you'll require
Hair that is shoulder blade length or slightly longer wanting thickness and not much extra length 100g - 150g
Hair that is collar bone length or shorter wanting length and thickness 150g - 200g
If you are wanting extreme length (26 inches) that requires 150g for fine hair and 200g for medium to thick hair
The longer you are wanting the hair, the more grams are required to fill out the ends and mimic the thickness of your own hair to blend in
How long does shipping take?
Once you place an order with us we will process it immediately.
Once your order has been received and dispatched we will email you with a confirmation along with tracking for your parcel.
Express shipping through Australia Post will generally take 1-3 days and Standard Shipping will take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Please be advised that “our business name” will not take responsibility for any orders that are damaged, lost or stolen during transit. If your order says delivered and you have not yet received it please contact Australia Post directly
Refund policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
“Business name” offer exchanges or returns for store credit on our products within 30 days of purchase, we do not accept returns after 30 days from date of purchase.
You must meet the below requirements to be able to return or exchange an item.
* The item MUST* be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
* Hair Extensions* MUST be in there original packaging with all ties and warranty tags attached.
Please Note: Products that are on sale or marked for clearance are final sale. This means they are not eligible for a return/exchange.
If you have purchased the product from a salon or third-party company you must return the products to the place of purchase.
Please do not return an item without speaking to our customer service team first.
What if I've ordered the wrong colour?
Once you receive your order, please check the colour matches immediately. This can be easily done without removing any of the ties or security tags from the hair extensions.
If you would like to exchange colours please email our customer service team at “ferreira.beautylounge@gmail.com” within 30 days of receiving your order. A staff member will be in-touch within 24 hours to give you further instructions.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
If you would like to request a return or exchange on an item(s) please email our customer service team at “ferreira.beautylounge@gmail.com” stating your full name, order number and reason for return/exchange. Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours and process your return promptly.
Please do not return an item without speaking to our customer service team first.
Please note once we receive the returned item, we will process it within 2-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, all customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping involved in exchanging or returning an item.
INCORRECT ORDERS
You must check your order upon delivery to ensure its contents. If you are missing an item or received the incorrect item please contact us at “ferreira.beautylounge@gmail.com” immediately or within 7 days from delivery. You will receive a reply promptly and we will endeavour to correct your order as soon as possible.
